This adds an html based defaced report with multiple view options, t1w before and after using nireports SimpleBeforeAfterRPT (PET overlayed with T1W to follow shortly), Side by side sagittal view of every nifti that was defaced (T1w and PET), and a GIF overlay of those same sagittal images for a more dynamic comparison.

Additional nice to haves:

  • Compare registration of PET to T1w with nireports
  • Combine images into 1 singular scrollable html report
  • Update greping/wildcarding to match images in deravitaves with defaced to their faced images in the parent directory

This report will be updated with NiiVue and a fully rotating "3D" surface view at a later time.

Okay @mnoergaard this still needs some work to combine everything into a singular report but the pieces are all there. I've got to do some refactoring so it only averages the PET image(s) once. I could.... reuse the avg'd image from the workflow, but I would like to retain the ability to compare two datasets and not rely solely on the output of petdeface.

I may change my tune on that.

Okay, I could keep polishing this, but it works well enough for now. I'd rather merge it into dev and work on handling missing T1w's than get it perfect. See how it behaves for you @mnoergaard and if you approve hit that merge button.
